Hey there, I am McKing the Hypnotist and I am starting this blog as a way to share and re-educate the public about what hypnosis really is
In doing so, I hope to raise awareness about the power of your conscious and unconscious minds!
For now to keep things short, we are in a state of hypnosis or trance every day and multiple times a day
Through imagination, through our emotions, or even when you did something unaware like a habit!
Hypnosis is a natural phenomena that is safe and sound, especially since we are already in it by ourselves
Hypnotherapy is with the intent to help people, perhaps with anxiety, or a fear, or even a trauma
Yes, I do approach it from a psychological point of view
And believe it can help you just as much as it has helped me resolve my own mental health issues
