In the last Story in Your Mind, Peter had to enter a warehouse which stored all his memories, trauma and abuse
Naturally, we had to clear those negative stuff out in order to resolve his fear of reading and writing!
And in the last Encounter, Amelia had some help from Jesus Christ to resolve her issues!
She also had to do a deep dive into her inner psyche to release her childhood traumas
Such immersive experiences!
Proper understanding of the mind and how hypnosis works allows my clients to generally resolve their issues in 1 session
A Story in The Mind is where a client might experience beautiful or amazing hypnosis, while Encounters are usually involving higher entities and deities!
Of course, it may or may come out as such, depending on one’s religious beliefs as well
Because we all have unique Perceptions, Mindsets, And Beliefs
This causes us to have different hypnotic experiences, even if we have a similar problem to solve
Today’s story is called, Cycling Through A Rice Field
Claire came to me with anger management issues
Although she did have anger issues since young, it was only after being backstabbed by a colleague did her rage explode
She said whenever she saw him, she wanted to punch him!
That’s some level of rage and anger!
After a bit of chit chat, once she was ready
We started the hypnosis story in her mind
Claire found herself on a path in the middle of a field
The only way forward, was forward (literally!)
After walking for a while, she came to a fork in the road
On the left she sees a bicycle, and on the right there is a gate
“McKing, which way do I go? The left or the right?”
I told her she is free to go wherever she wants
She has free will and free choice, even if she is in hypnosis
“Can I go to the left and ride the bicycle? I walk so long very tired already~”
Hahahaha I told her that is fine, no issue
Claire went to the left, got on the bicycle and started riding down the path
Then she stopped and asked if she can bring the bicycle to the right path
She felt drawn to the right path for some reason!
I told her that is fine too
So she turned around, and rode the bicycle to the right
After unlocking and moving the gate, she continued cycling down the path to the next destination~
Which was a rice field
She rode around the rice field to get to the other side
On the other side of the rice field, what appeared in front of her was a huge tree!
Claire went up to it, and I asked her to communicate with the huge tree
The giant tree replied that it represented her ego
In fact, it represented her inflated ego which not only drew attention, but also created a negative impression
Which led to people eyeing her to bring her down
It taught her to be humble and professional
Like yea, bring proud of what you have achieved is good, but gloating about it isn’t good at all
The giant tree also taught her how to protect herself from other people
It gave her a shield as protection from external hurt and pain
The giant tree shrunk as a representation of her ego reducing to a more appropriate amount
It also signified the positive change that occurred
Once that was done, Claire got on her bicycle, and continue riding down the path
After some time, she came to a bigger rice field!
This time, because it was much bigger, she decided to take a shortcut
To be precise, she made a shortcut by riding through the rice field!
When she emerged from the other side, she saw… a small tree!
“McKing, why am I seeing so many rice fields and trees…?”
“Everybody’s mind is different, what’s more important is what is the meaning and how we solve the issue”
Which is true, every person’s mind will produce a different story~~
Interestingly enough, this small tree is half her height!
The small tree replied that it represents herself
It was her insecurities, and her own feelings
Yet it was telling her that it is ok to be small as it has its own power too
At first she denied, how can a small tree represent her?
Internally at this point I was thinking…
‘Wow the giant tree was right… she does have a big ego…’
While Claire continue to rant about how a small tree cannot possibly be powerful
The small tree had enough and suddenly grew to overpower her!
And she realized that it is possible to be powerful when it comes from within
It doesn’t matter the physical size at all
Rather, power is a state of mind
The small tree returned to its normal size, satisfied with her learnings today
Now before we end her hypnotic story in her mind, we still got a bit to do
We can see how the above trees form the foundation to her anger and rage
Insecurities with an inflated ego makes it easy to burst, like a balloon
Now we had to release any remaining anger within her
For this, I brought her to another place, a safe place
She saw herself in her office, her safe haven
I asked Claire to find any remaining anger within
And if there is any left, allow it to manifest out of her body
Out come a flame to represent her anger
The remaining anger didn’t have anything positive for her anymore
So we release this flame and let it disperse
After which, I asked if she was ready to forgive the colleague who backstabbed her
Thankfully she was~
So we did the forgiveness process so she can heal fully
And that was it!
In fact, on that very day she had to attend a conference in which the colleague will be there as well
And she immediately texted me upon seeing him
“OMG McKing I am ok! I don’t feel like punching him anymore!”
Hahahahaah
