February is here and the Lunar New Year is just round the corner!!

Some of you might be wondering whether I am still open or closing for the new year

Don’t worry

I will not be seeing clients during the visitation days and that’s all

Which means I will be closed from Friday to Saturday, 16 Feb 2018 to 17 Feb 2018

Wait doesn’t that mean you will see clients on Sunday 18 Feb 2018??

Why yes my friend, I will if there is a need to 🙂

Anyway, probably more important is that I will be going on reservist for a week before the Lunar New Year

So I will be closed from 3 Feb 2018 to 9 Feb 2018

During this time, you can text me at 659-781-744-3

And in case you are wondering why I break up the number like that is to prevent bots from taking my number that easy hahahah

You could also email me at mcking (a) leemcking.sg but take note that I will have no access to my work email!

So it’s probably easier to text me (don’t call!) unless you are willing to wait for a reply via email

Everyone struggles with anxiety and chaos life and I'd decided to contact McKing to see if he can help so that I can actually live a real life. After an extended chit chat session with McKing, he'd offered me so much solutions and perspectives on the issues I'm facing and immediately after the chit chat session, I felt so much better and was much able to handle my issues. For years, I have been feeling very lethargic  despite a lot of sleep, self care and focus. I wasn't able to have this clarity that I have now. My challenges with accepting myself, knowing what I want and processing grief(grandma's death) were also resolved. Mcking is a very nice person to talk to and he is an excellent listener. He's very humourous too.  He's really good at this and so I really look forward to him providing self hypnosis courses as I doubt I will trust another hypnotherapist or find a better hypnotherapist than him:P. Update after 3 months: I was having a conversation with someone who was sharing about how bad he was  treated etc and it made me realise that I don't live in my head anymore where I used to have flashbacks about being treated badly etc and then feeling anxious about the future. I feel so much happier and more mentally resilient.Are there days where I feel down? Yes definitely but I am also able to pick myself up and go along with my day:). Highly recommended! Turns out to be much cheaper than psychotherapy (which didn't work for me), because you don't need as many sessions. Just one session is enough.

I've always wanted to try out hypnotherapy to solve my negative thinking patterns but it always felt too expensive and out of my reach as it only works after a few sessions. After chancing upon McKing, who mentioned he could solve problems within one session, I was initially skeptical, but after having gone through many counselling sessions, if I can really improve within 1 session, it's worth the risk. And I am glad I took that risk- as he truly did solve my issues that were holding me back and increasingly crippling my life. I'm really grateful not only because it is an efficient way to get out of my negative thought patterns, but it also provides me coping mechanisms for my daily living as I try to get my life back in order, and get to live the best life that I can carve for myself. 
I am also thankful that McKing provides a safe space to talk about my issues (even though I may find my issues so ridiculous, or so embarrassing), he never fails to make you feel that it's ok and there's nothing to be embarrassed about. Truly no regrets on my end trying this, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their quality of living.

From the first "chit-chat" session to the actual hypnotherapy session, he was warm, friendly and professional. His constant assurances was certainly well-received by myself and I always felt at ease.

He has helped melt the ice (and anger) within my feelings, allowing me to forgive individuals (from both past and present) in my heart. I have since made progress in warming up certain relationships and in my day-to-day life, I certainly feel "lighter" in my footsteps and knowing a negative burden has been lifted.

I found out about hypnotherapy and Mcking through the web and decided to give it a shot as I had a problem of needing to go to the toilet repeatedly and excessively before bed. It was frustrating as my sleep was being affected and when I saw a GP, he told me it was due to stress and that there was little he could do in terms of treatment/medication. I met up with Mcking for a  pre-session where he shared how the process worked and answered my questions. The environment was very comfortable and Mcking seemed very genuine so I decided to go ahead with the session.

Similarly, I felt very comfortable during the session and at the end of it I felt surpringly energised and in a good mood. I was amazed as the feeling of needing to visit the toilet didn't come in subsequent nights. In the same session he had also helped me with my fear of needles and surgery and I have found that to have been effective as well. 

I'm very grateful to have come across Mcking and I reccomend him to anyone who is looking to  get over obsticals in life :)

I initially had doubts about the effectiveness of such therapy. Mcking conducted a friendly free pre-session meeting to first understand what I was going through and answered my questions satisfactorily. I decided to give it a go as I felt I had anxiety when I travelled, often experiencing abdominal pains and had to go to the toilet urgently. Additionally, I had issues with overcoming ‘learning humps’, not having the motivation to learn something new and be competent at it. The sessions were conducted in a comfortable, safe and assuring manner. I felt calm and relaxed as I was guided through my subconscious mind by Mcking and gradually untangled my inhibitions. Days later, I could feel the positive effects, lesser stress and more motivation to do well in life. I felt more relaxed when traveling nowadays and have not experience any abdominal pains that I used to feel. This year, I’ve also been motivated to learn new things like dance and investing, being more active in applying what I’ve learnt to live a richer life. Thank you Mcking!

We have brought him to GP, polyclinic and even refered to National skin center. Each time it happen, it will take  months for it to subside. Its very frustrating as well as it brought so much discomfort to my dad. 
My dad was introduced to Hypnotist Mcking . He was a very humble person.My dad having been through so much, is willing to try this hypnosis. He was indeed amazed by the session! Just immediately after session, his skin rashes and redness beginning to subside! I am a nurse for many years.. but I got to say, this is the first time I have seen something like this! And whats more, throughout the whole session, my dad was very comfortable! And its only one time seeing Mcking .
I am so grateful to Lee Mcking for his help, if not my dad will sure to suffer. My dad skin condition was cleared totally after the few days! Thanks again and god bless him for his great works!

Which is why McKing was the first person I thought of when I had a mental blockage.

The session that I had with Mcking was awesome and he managed to help me to overcome the blockage.

I can feel the difference immediately. I can’t describe it, but like a balloon being pumped with air, it was very obvious and I can feel the change in me manifest as the day goes by.  

It is really amazing what Mcking can do when you allow him to help you.
